Professional learning · first pilot in development

Practical AI capability, built through real work.

A cohort-based sprint for educators who want AI to improve the work they already do — without giving up quality, context, privacy, or professional judgement.

The working proposition

Build your AI operating system for teaching.

An AI operating system is not a new software platform. It is a small set of connected, repeatable workflows for professional work — designed around the educator, the context, and a clear standard of quality.

How the sprint is being designed

From experimentation to dependable practice.

01

Start with real work

Participants bring recurring professional tasks, live constraints, and actual source material. The unit of change is not a prompt; it is a workflow that has to survive next Tuesday morning.

02

Preserve judgement

AI drafts do not remove professional responsibility. Participants define what quality means, where human review matters, and where AI should not be used.

03

Build, test, revise

Each workflow is tested against authentic work. Before-and-after artefacts, time, usability, and repeat use matter more than enthusiasm during a demonstration.

04

Design for continuation

The goal is a small, dependable operating system participants can continue using and improving after the sprint ends — not a folder of prompts.

What participants should leave with

Workflows participants can keep using.

  • A map of the recurring professional work where AI can genuinely help.
  • Several dependable workflows tested against real tasks and source material.
  • Explicit quality, privacy, and professional-judgement standards.
  • Before-and-after artefacts that make improvement — or failure — inspectable.
  • Reusable skills, templates, and an implementation plan for continued use.

Bring a real workflow. Help us test what genuinely changes.

The first cohort will be deliberately small. Its purpose is to learn what works before fixing a larger programme, membership, or leadership offer.
